Ive seen a 25-year shingle last up to about 28/30-years but that was only possible because they had a roofer giving them free maintenance every year.

It can also be difficult to find individual shingles that are the exact same tone and color as your existing shingles, so you may consider replacing your entire roof to maintain the aesthetics of your roof.
