Since inception, Red Roof Inn has owned and managed a number of properties directly. With the purchase of the brand from Accor, individual inns were placed into portfolios purchased by investment groups such as Five Mile Capital Partners, LLC., while Red Roof retained management.

Through sales of individual inns for various reasons, the managed properties were whittled down to 67 by September 2020, when they were removed from under the Red Roof Inn Inc. umbrella and managed by a newly formed entity named RRI West Management, LLC. I’m not sure what the plus means.I stayed at the red roof inn from Monday April 6th to Wednesday April 8th because my bathroom was getting redone.The beds were pretty comfy and there is lots of storage in room. Also in room there are 4 electric outlets near the bed.There is also convenient ice and vending. The hotel was in close proximity to the mall, movie theater and food. Also the hotel is dog friendly, which is why we stayed there.The tv was a nice flat-screen and had a good selection of channels. One flaw is they have full size beds instead of queen when there was plenty of space in the room. Also the iron in room was leaking. The bathroom was a little weird because the sink was outside the bathroom. But i did like the water temp, but the shower was to strong for me.Overall I thought the red roof is a good hotel for a few days.More

No Difference Between Regular Red Roof And The Plus Version

If you’re looking for a simple hotel with good amenities, book here. FYI: Keep in mind that if you’re thinking about paying a little bit extra for the Red Roof Inn PLUS version, there’s almost no difference between the PLUS and regular version!- You should have no problem finding the hotel. Check-in was smooth, and the staff was friendly.- The rooms are very spacious for the price. Also, no carpet flooring . The water pressure was low but that shouldn’t be an issue. Wi-Fi is reliable.- The pool was not so great . Simply not so well maintained.- No breakfast. There is coffee with flavors, which is alright. Overall, you should have a good stay here, and you do get a good bang for your buck!More

Thank you for taking the time to let people know how your stay was at the Red Roof Plus+. We are similar to the Red Roof Inn version, but we offer upgraded rooms. Next time you are in our area you should try our premium room, which comes with upgraded bedding and shower head, Seattle’s Best Coffee, and a snack box. We do still have the standard 2 full size and superior king for those who don’t want the upgraded room. We did do a remodel in the beginning of the year and replaced the carpet with wood like flooring. Once again thank you for taking the time to review our property.

Nextgen Furniture Upgrades In Premium Rooms

® Rest Suite beds, premium bedding large flat screen televisions, wood-like flooring , a separate bathroom and vanity area with a hip vessel sink, and extra plush pillows. There are also free wifi and parking- and even free local calls! What does this all mean? Instead of tip toeing across hotel room carpeting, theres wood-like flooring thats a cinch to clean if someone spills a drink or snack on the floor. Its also a breeze to wipe up in the winter if you track snow into the room. Trust me on this one. We loved the fact that the vanity was separate from the actual bathroom so one of us could take a shower and another could brush her teeth.

Mini Fridge And Microwave

A mini fridge and microwave are both standard amenities in Red Roof Plus+ Premium Rooms- and perfect for budgeting families. Our visit to the Pittsburgh South location offered a great spot across the street from a grocery store where we could stock up on drinks and snacks. The microwave also comes in handy for the complimentary snack box offerings as well.
